WEEK THREE
TRUST we operate with HONESTY in all our customer relationships.

Hansen-Rice, Inc. installed an experimental ceiling system at a clients' request in an attempt to save the client money. Unfortunately, the ceiling did not work as intended. Hansen-Rice, Inc. decided the most fair and honest approach would be to remove the experimental ceiling and install a new ceiling at our expense.

Utilizing our dedicated employees combined with our construction expertise, we were able to complete the project on time for the client.

WEEK ONE
TRUST us to RESPOND to your needs timely and professionally throughout the construction process.

In February 2010, Hansen-Rice, Inc. received a call from a customer for whom we had recently completed construction on a new freezer just months before. The roof of a building built by another
contractor had collapsed due to heavy snow fall. The roof was being held up by racking and it was
a very dangerous situation.

Within  24 hours, Hansen-Rice, Inc. crews were on-site to evaluate the damage and begin planning for repairs.

In three months time, this company was back to fully operational status. They were able to carry on the majority of their operations around our crews. We supplied temporary weather protection during the work to maintain the temperature in the facility in the cold weather months.

90% of this company’s product was salvaged and 75% of the racking was salvaged.

Hansen-Rice, Inc. was quick to RESPOND in a timely manner and worked hard to get this client back in business.

Hansen-Rice, Inc. - Lactalis Ground Breaking Ceremony

Hansen-Rice, Inc. will start construction in early March on a new 61,300 sf Lactalis state-of-the-art cheese processing facility in Nampa, Idaho.

This is great for the local economy as Lactalis plans to hire 70 new employees for the facility and Hansen-Rice, Inc. will have 100 or more local employees working on the plant.

More cheese means more jobs, more milk, more producers.
