Building TRUST since 1983. Hansen-Rice, Inc. - 12 corporate values in 12 weeks. SUMMER 2012!
WEEK SIX
TRUST we will work as CLIENT ADVOCATES to exceed your expectations.
On August 12, 2004, a fire started in a wood storage structure on a potato farm and spread to an adjoining potato storage facility built by Hansen-Rice, Inc.
Within three days, our business development representative was on-site working with the client.
He stayed for two weeks coordinating the building demolition and insurance issues. Our building supplier and civil engineer gave great support in determining what portions of the building could be salvaged, and on August 20th, we ordered steel.
Even though the industry experienced some of the biggest steel increases and short supplies that year, steel delivery began on September 12th.
With a crew of 18, construction began, and by Septemner 30th, the farm was able to begin storing
potatoes.
An amazing amount of hard work, cooperation and dedication went into completing the project.
In many cases, without help from the contractor, this building would have been a total loss.
TRUST we will work as CLIENT ADVOCATES to exceed your expectations.
